*(d) Platform analytics and improvement* — To understand website usage patterns and improve our listings, content, and user experience.
*(e) Legal and regulatory compliance* — To fulfil obligations under the DPDP Act, the IT Act, RERA, and other applicable Indian laws.

ElevateX Realty lists projects registered with the relevant state Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Personal data collected in connection with property enquiries is processed in compliance with applicable RERA provisions.
Users are advised to independently verify the RERA registration status of any project at the relevant state RERA portal before making any investment or purchase decision. ElevateX does not guarantee the accuracy of RERA information provided by third-party builders and developers on our platform.
